Richard Smith

Richard Smith has been with ASF Audits for over 20 years, previously in the role of Managing Director until January 2024 when he moved into his current position as Director, Strategic Development. He is responsible for developing strategy, oversight of Board Governance, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Richard is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants and a SMSF Association Fellow Specialist Auditor and Adviser. He is also an ASIC Registered Company Auditor and Registered SMSF Auditor.
