Graduate Program

From day one, our Graduates and Undergraduates feel welcome and supported.

You will take part in a comprehensive induction; our program offers exceptional training through both structured programs and on the job learning within a supportive environment. In addition, you will receive regular coaching and feedback from your team manager.

You will be allocated a buddy who will assist and support you throughout your first year at ASF Audits.

With our open team-based structure, you will interact with senior leaders and colleagues, where you will benefit from their knowledge and experience.

We’ll support you at every stage of your career with coaching, technical upskilling and professional development.  We offer financial support and paid study leave to continue studying either your CA or CPA.

To ensure ASF Audits is for you and that you enjoy coming to work, we encourage you to ask us questions within your interview to have a complete understanding of who we are and what we do.

We want people to succeed at work and also pursue their interests and passions outside work.  We have a social culture and love our team members getting involved in a variety of activities.

If you would like to become either a Graduate or Undergraduate, then please submit a cover letter together with your resume and a copy of your academic transcript to Cate Stoddard at cstoddard@asfaudits.com.au
