The transaction follows a strategic investment in ASF Audits by Fortitude Investment Partners in 2025, which is supporting the firm’s expansion and long-term vision to strengthen its position as a market leader in SMSF audit services.
Chief Executive Officer of ASF Audits Casey McGrath said the acquisition reflects the increasing demand for specialist SMSF audit services as regulatory complexity and industry expectations continue to evolve.
