ASF Audits, Australia’s leading independent SMSF audit specialist, has expanded its national footprint through the acquisition of three established SMSF audit businesses during June and July, continuing its strategy of consolidating high-quality SMSF audit practices across Australia.
The transactions include Veritas Audit, headed by Daniel Prunty; Safe Super Audits, headed by Craig Karpin and First Choice Super, headed by Glenn Hart. Mr Hart will continue to operate First Choice Super’s SMSF administration business following the divestment of its SMSF audit function to ASF.
The transactions represent the latest step up in ASF’s growth journey following the strategic investment by Fortitude Investment Partners, as the firm continues to strengthen its position as a market leader in specialist SMSF audit services.
ASF Chief Executive Officer Casey McGrath said the transactions demonstrate the company’s ability to execute its growth strategy while remaining focused on quality and long-term value creation.
